Bantam Cottage

Bantam Cottage near Combe Martin is a hidden gem - it's a charming stone-built cottage, situated within a triangular courtyard alongside two other cottages and the swimming pool building.

On the ground floor, you'll find an open-plan room that combines the sitting and dining areas, complete with a Smart TV and a cosy log-burning stove. Furnishings include a sofa, armchair, and an oak dining table with chairs. Adjacent to this space, you'll discover a well-appointed kitchen with a dishwasher.

Ascending the staircase leads you to the bedroom featuring a king-size wrought iron bed and tasteful Nina Campbell wallpaper. An adjoining small cot room with a wooden cot is perfect for parents and their baby to enjoy a peaceful night's sleep. The separate wet room boasts marble-lined walls and an elegant solid marble basin.

Outside, within the communal courtyard, bistro furniture is exclusively available for Bantam Cottage guests.

For larger groups, you have the option to rent combinations of our smaller cottages, including Peacock Cottage and Aylesbury Cottage, accommodating up to 10 guests. Additionally, dining arrangements can be organised in Aylesbury Cottage, allowing you to enjoy group meals together.

We ask guests for a security deposit of £250 in case there is any damage to the property during your stay.  The money is simply reserved and then released after your stay if there is no damage.  The owner will contact you nearer the time of your arrival to arrange this.
